Weird Weather
We all talk about it, but there is nothing we can do about it. Whether it’s cold or whether it’s hot, we’ve got to have weather, whether or not. Even the atmospheric conditions that we have come to know as the daily weather forecast can have it’s warped and weird side. Today we take a look at the darker side of weather.
Called Weird Weather, this site describes some of the more unusual events that have happened in history. If you thought the weather was just sunshine and showers what do you make of balls of glowing light, showers of frogs, giant lumps of ice that fall from the heavens, ships floating in the sky, and many other weird sights? Weather can behave in very bizarre ways, and scientists have to scratch their heads when they try to explain some of these unusual phenomena. This site explains some of those phenomena, and then some.
Crop circles, flying frogs, even UFOs are given as examples of what side-affects the weather can cause. In short, the weather is a lot more weird than we give it credit for. And if we took these fabulous displays more seriously we might get a deeper insight into many other mysteries of the world. The Warp-o-Meter gives this site an 8, only because I have yet to see a real flying frog!
