The Adventures of Goose!
Move over, Travelocity Gnome. There is some competition on the horizon. It is starting off on a local level, but who knows where it will end up. If you are wondering what I am refering to, click over and learn about the Adventures of Goose.
This site is a photograpic record of Goose. Goose is an 80 pound cement goose that resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Every so often, the friends of his owner get the urge to “borrow” Goose and take him on a road trip. This is all done without the owner’s knowledge. That is what makes it so cool.
Where has Goose gone so far? During Spring Break 2000, he went to the store. August of the same year found him at summer camp. Halloween he got to go trick or treating. He has even streaked the local McDonalds buger joint. All told, this is one partying 80 pound cement duck. I wonder if he can actually swim?
The Warp-o-Meter gives this site a 7.0 rating. He says he likes duck, but only with orange sauce on it.
