Time Travel for Beginners
Growing up I really liked watching the TV show “The Time Tunnel”. I thought it would be cool to go back in time and visit historic places and events. Time travel has long been something that people have wanted to do. Look at H.G. Wells and his book “The Time Machine”. Many films have plots centered around going backward or forwards in time. Is time travel fact of fiction. You make up your mind after reading today’s Warped site.
The name of the site is Time Travel for Beginners. Her you will find out just about everything you wanted or need to know on the subject. There are several monograms on the subject which explain the concepts of time, what it is, and how it can be manipulated. This is not light reading. The concepts explain some pretty heavy theories, so have your dictionary handy. For example, we all pretty much know what a black hole is. But what about a white hole? Or a wormhole? If you read this, you will. Then there is the renewed interest in time travel, and schools such as Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel, and CalTech are exploring these concepts.
This is a small but intriguing site. It is one that has a lot of interesting ideas, but be prepared to go off exploring on your own. The Warped site rating is 7.0.
