Mr. Smarty Pants Knows
Where I live, the past few days have been record setting in the heat department. Not only have we set record highs, but we have also set record high lows (that is, how cold it gets at night). So I will make today’s Warped site short, since we don’t have air conditioning, and my computer time is limited. But the site I found is kind of fun, and can come in handy when you least expect it.
The site is called Mr. Smarty Pants Knows. This is a site where you can enter a single keyword, and you will get an answer. The column Mr. Smarty Pants Knows has appeared weekly in The Austin (Texas) Chronicle since September 23, 1988 by Contributing Editor R.U. Steinberg. The logo was drawn by a talented Austin artist who wishes to remain nameless. There are some other special items on this site that make it fun one to visit. The Warp-o-Meter rating gives this site a 7.5, mostly because of the answer we got when we entered “air conditioning”. Maybe my wife will finally give in and we can remain cool for the rest of the summer.
